Description
The spirit is an abstract concept that refers to the ability to think, reason, perceive, feel and understand. The mind is the mental capacity that enables humans and animals to process information, create ideas and concepts, and adapt to their environment. More concretely, the spirit is also the fact of moving from potential to reality. That is to say, from thought to concrete action. I think, I decide, I do in alignment with myself. When others think for me, do for me what they think is right, is that okay with me? The spirit is a breath, a surge of freedom.
If the spirit can also be understood as the sum of mental functions, such as memory, attention, perception, emotions, language, it is also something larger than our own individuality.
