The spirit is an abstract concept that refers to the ability to think, reason, perceive, feel and understand. The mind is the mental capacity that enables humans and animals to process information, create ideas and concepts, and adapt to their environment. More concretely, the spirit is also the fact of moving from potential to reality. That is to say, from thought to concrete action. I think, I decide, I do in alignment with myself. When others think for me, do for me what they think is right, is that okay with me? The spirit is a breath, a surge of freedom.
If the spirit can also be understood as the sum of mental functions, such as memory, attention, perception, emotions, language, it is also something larger than our own individuality. Beyond the 5 senses, the spirit is by definition impalpable and perhaps broader, connecting all living beings, nature, the celestial and the universe. The arcana of the spirit is the most abstract arcana of the game, because we approach an invisible point of our existence and our essence. The spirit is by definition a extended space, without limits or frontiers. We go beyond the borders of reality to enter a very vast field without established truth. The spirit is difficult to define outside of religious conceptions. The spirit is in our opinion in each element, and that all the elements are connected, interconnected. A kind of web, where each element holds a grain of truth of this global spirit.
